Shipping policy
All shipments will be sent via UPS Ground Service or USPS Ground Mail. Certain weather conditions may affect how quickly you receive your item. DPRO LAB USA will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen issues on the part of UPS, USPS and our other couriers. Severe weather can also delay the arrival time. Any return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer for exchange or refund orders.
